Cody Area (1)Cody, Wyoming is located just 50 miles from Yellowstone’s East Gate and 85 miles from the Northeast Gate. Attractions include the world-renowned Buffalo Bill Center of the West, the Cody Nite Rodeo, and of course our famous “backyard”, Yellowstone National Park.

It’s not just about museums, wildlife, and gorgeous scenery, though. Cody is a beautiful, modern town with facilities you would not expect in a city of under 10,000 people. Facilities such as the West Park Hospital and the Big Horn Basin Regional Cancer Center attest to the commitment to health services for residents of the area. In addition to Walmart Supercenter, Cody boasts lots of wonderful local stores including everything from farm/ranch supplies to specialty and healthy living stores.

Powell is a farming community, set in the shadows of beautiful Heart Mountain. Come and enjoy fresh air, warm sunshine, and friendly folks! Powell is also home to Powell Valley Hospital and related Powell Valley Healthcare. Like Cody, you’ll find excellent schools, also ranked “8” out of “10” by The Homestead Museum provides a fascinating look into the agrarian past of Northwest Wyoming.
